Saturday Night

I love how the camera can fool a person. Here we are, driving through close to country as you can get out where we live....and it still looks like a big, bustling city. Amazing.

This egg is a double yolk egg. The one on the left? A normal egg. My mom's chickens have been laying an abnormally high number of double yolked eggs! My only question, does this count as one egg or two in a recipe?

Ride to Tampa

Not many people can say that they jumped on a motorcycle and took a day drive over to Tampa on New Years Day. When most are stuck under feet of snow, it was nothing but sunshine for our first day of the year!
